I wonder if there are any huge successes by our State Dep.? Some “achievements” of the agency seem to be just the opposite thing. The State Dep. did well in Yugoslavia. Did it really? How can it be so with Kosovo still a big thorn in our side? Next goes Russia and post communist space. In Russian Chechnya we were actually supportive of separatists linked to terrorists.
