The law is the law, and Jimmy Kimmel broke it. Or at least, he broke the law as it has been outrageously interpreted according to President Joe Biden’s Justice Department, which prosecuted and jailed Douglass Mackey for making an almost identical joke to the one Kimmel made on Wednesday night. During his monologue, Kimmel said, “If you want to vote for Trump, vote late. Vote very late. Do your voting on Thursday or maybe Friday.” Get it? He’s joking about how he hopes Trump voters don’t vote in time. But is it a harmless joke or a case of “election...

Election officials in York County, Pennsylvania, are reporting that they also received THOUSANDS of potentially fraudulent voter registration forms and mail-in ballot applications from a third-party group First Lancaster County, and now York County? WHAT IS GOING ON? I'm also receiving information from sources on the ground that say this is happening in more counties. It's becoming evident to me that Election Fraudsters wanted to cheat in the 2024 election by bloating the voter rolls with dubious names and requesting mail-in ballots using those names. I'm glad the scheme is being "caught" before and not after the election. This also...

A recent string of lawsuits by the Department of Justice (DOJ) against police and fire departments could serve as a blueprint for erasing physical and mental standards in the name of equity. The DOJ settled two lawsuits and filed a third against local departments in October accusing them of discrimination after black applicants disproportionately failed to pass cognitive written tests and female applicants struggled to pass physical tests. The DOJ deemed the tests discriminatory due to the results, despite applicants of all races and both genders being subject to the same standards. The three lawsuits, all filed within weeks of...

CV NEWS FEED // Bevelyn Beatty Williams turned herself in to federal prison on Wednesday after the Biden-Harris Department of Justice charged her with violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act for preaching the Gospel outside of a New York abortion facility. Before surrendering herself into federal custody, Wiliams and her husband, Ricky Williams, released a video on Facebook and TikTok detailing how the ordeal has affected their family. “Thanks to the Biden/ Harris administration. My husband is becoming a single father today,” wrote Williams. “While I turn myself into federal prison for 3 1/2 years for...

Joe Biden made some concerning remarks about former President Donald Trump while campaigning for Vice President Kamala Harris at the Sheet Metal Workers Local 19 Training Center in Philadelphia. The 81-year-old president wasn’t in good shape and appeared so desperate to attack Trump that he botched his line. “She beat Trump so badly in the debate, he’s scared to death to beat her again!” Biden rambled. Watch: VIDEO AT LINK.............. Then came the kicker. Biden openly admitted his DOJ is working to jail Trump after the election. “The same guy who has three other major cases waiting for him when...

Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin isn't holding back after the Department of Justice issued a lawsuit last week against him and the Commonwealth for removing non-citizens from the voter rolls. "With less than 30 days until the election, the Biden-Harris Department of Justice is filing an unprecedented lawsuit against me and the Commonwealth of Virginia, for appropriately enforcing a 2006 law signed by Democrat Tim Kaine that requires Virginia to remove noncitizens from the voter rolls - a process that starts with someone declaring themselves a non-citizen and then registering to vote"

This article originally appeared on Leo Hohmann’s Substack and was republished with permission. A video clip has resurfaced from May of 2019 in which Kamala Harris fantasizes about weaponizing the DOJ against speech the government doesn’t like, and the platforms that allow it. In the meantime, one month before a tense presidential election, the U.S. Department of Defense has authorized U.S. military “defense intelligence components” to use “lethal force” against American citizens if requested by state or local law enforcement in an emergency situation. More on this in a minute, but first let’s get to the May 2019 video showing...

Representative Thomas Massie (R-KY) and nine other members of the House Judiciary Committee signed a letter on Wednesday warning Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Dept. of Justice (DOJ) not to interfere with the release of the Inspector General’s Report on its J6 activities. The pointed letter follows testimony from DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz who suggested that the FBI had confidential human sources (CHS) on the Capitol grounds on Jan 6 and that DOJ officials may be slow-walking the release of his final report until after the November election. The presence of undercover federal CHS assets at the U.S....

The Justice Department announced a lawsuit Friday against Alabama, arguing the state’s effort to remove noncitizens from its voter rolls came too close to the November election. The department asked a federal judge to order Alabama to put the names — which the state says are ineligible voters — back on the active voter lists. The department said some actual citizens were sent notices that they had been moved to the inactive voter file. Alabama announced the move on Aug. 13. That was 84 days before the election, violating the federal National Voter Registration Act, better known as motor-voter, which...

Rep. Thomas Massie accused Attorney General Merrick Garland on Wednesday of lying during a House Judiciary Committee hearing about his knowledge of federal law enforcement activities during the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot. Massie (R-Ky.) previously tangled with Garland in October 2021 over the same issue, questioning whether undercover FBI agents were present at the storming of the Capitol. At the time, Massie showed video footage of then-Arizona Oath Keepers president Ray Epps, who had urged protesters on the eve of the “Stop the Steal” rally “to go into the Capitol” — but had never been charged. The attorney general...

As we approach the 2024 election, states across the country are removing thousands of noncitizens from their voter rolls.Yet amid a surge of millions of immigrants across our borders, Democrats seem intent not only on undermining these state-led efforts, and leaving the election system vulnerable to potentially unprecedented noncitizen participation, but on threatening those acting to protect our republic from foreign election interference. The Biden-Harris administration has also led opposition to the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, requiring that voters provide documentary proof of citizenship, and enacted Executive Order 14019, under which federal authorities are allegedly working to register and...

The Justice Department issued a warning to states Monday to tread lightly in trying to clean up their election systems of bogus names and ineligible voters, firing a shot across the bow of GOP-led states that have been trying to erase noncitizens from their rolls. Department officials also released a web video pleading with people to come forward with stories if they think they have been “improperly” removed. In new guidance to states, the department said federal law allows states to clean their rolls, but it must be done within strict guidelines and only for approved reasons such as a...

The truth is, Russia isn’t interfering in the 2024 election nearly as much as Biden’s FBI and DOJ are right now.The Biden administration’s announcement this week that the Justice Department is taking action against alleged Kremlin-run websites and Russian state media employees as part of an effort to crack down on Russian “misinformation” ahead of the election should raise red flags — huge, obvious red flags. The biggest red flag is the timing of the indictment and accompanying announcement, just as mail-in ballots in some states are sent out and two weeks before in-person voting begins in some states. The only...

The U.S. Department of Justice on Wednesday said it disrupted Russian-directed foreign malign influence campaigns it referred to as “Doppelganger,” that sought to spread Russian government propaganda. The effort was meant to reduce international support for Ukraine, bolster pro-Russian policies, and influence voters in the U.S. and elsewhere, the Justice Department said. Separately, the DOJ accused two Russian employees of RT, the Russian state-owned media outlet, of a $10 million scheme to create and distribute content to U.S. audiences while keeping the connection to Russia hidden. RT worked with an online content creation company in Tennessee, which was directed to...

The Biden-Harris administration has deployed a little-known hiring mechanism to staff key divisions of the Department of Justice (DOJ) ahead of the 2024 election, according to documents provided to the Daily Caller News Foundation by Protect the Public’s Trust (PPT). Hundreds of people, primarily lawyers and judges, have been appointed to the Environmental and Natural Resources (ENRD) and Antitrust and Immigration Review divisions of the DOJ using its “Schedule A” hiring authority since President Joe Biden took office, documents shared with the DCNF by PPT show. Schedule A hiring does not require appointments to be made on the basis of...

First, the transfer of power happens on January 20 not January 6. (And DOJ let off the hook hundreds of 2017 inaugural rioters.) Second, there is no law guaranteeing the "peaceful transfer of power." Which is why the Constitution provides several weeks between election day and inauguration day with both a state and congressional certification process and opportunities to contest the results. Third, as he brags about the nearly 1,500 J6ers arrested and charged so far for January 6--including at least seven last week during the DNC--most face misdemeanors.

Then head of the Justice Department’s Civil Division, he invented a new form of what 19th-early 20th centuries Tammany boss George Washington Plunkett famously called “Honest Graft.” It was simple. Until 1977, Congress had to approve any settlement of a civil suit against the Federal government over $100,000. This preserved the Constitutional requirement that Congress control the government’s purse. But in that year, seeking relief from the burgeoning volume of suits to review, Congress removed the cap, handing the Justice Department a permanent blank check to pay settlements unilaterally, in any amount, out of an account known as the Judgment...

Donald Trump told the Daily Mail on Wednesday that he doesn’t want briefings from U.S. intelligence agencies because it could lead to him being accused of leaking classified information.‘I don’t want them, because, number one, I know what’s happening. It’s very easy to see what’s happening … because as soon as I get that, they’ll say that I leaked it,” he said.“So, the best way to handle that situation is, I don’t need that briefing. They come in, they give you a briefing, and then two days later, they leak it, and then they say, ‘You leaked it’ … So...

For Justice Department employees who had spent weeks contemplating the possibility of two-time federal criminal defendant Donald Trump returning to the presidency, Joe Biden’s decision to drop out and endorse Kamala Harris offered a sense of relief. Former and current Justice Department employees believe that a future president Harris, a former prosecutor, unlike Trump, would respect the norms that have been in place to ensure DOJ independence in the half-century since Watergate. Those fears of another Trump term are central to a new letter endorsing Harris, signed by more than 40 former Justice Department officials who served under presidents of...

As I stated in the title the FBI & DOJ are too corrupt to investigate yesterdays attack on Trump. In fact there is no government agency that is not corrupt. Maybe the military could do it
