Far-right radio show host Alex Jones and a prominent GOP donor reportedly played a larger role than previously known in the pro-Trump rally held near the White House before the Capitol riot. Jones was involved in pledging money and getting others to donate money for the Jan. 6 event, The Wall Street Journal reported Saturday. The Infowars founder originally planned to give $50,000 in seed money to secure a “top speaking slot of his choice,” according to a funding document reported by the newspaper. Julie Jenkins Fancelli, the heiress to the Publix Super Markets Inc. chain, reached out to Jones...

The rally in Washington’s Ellipse that preceded the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol was arranged and funded by a small group including a top Trump campaign fundraiser and donor facilitated by far-right show host Alex Jones. Mr. Jones personally pledged more than $50,000 in seed money for a planned Jan. 6 event in exchange for a guaranteed “top speaking slot of his choice,” according to a funding document outlining a deal between his company and an early organizer for the event. Mr. Jones also helped arrange for Julie Jenkins Fancelli, a prominent donor to the Trump campaign and...

Many FReepers attended the Capitol March – PLEASE CHIME IN. Here’s what I saw: I was not in the Capitol building, but just outside near the stairs. The media reports are misleading and nothing like what happened on the ground. It seems very few of the talking-head story tellers were actually there. As far as “violence” - I’ve seen some videos of mashing around with fencing and some pushing and shoving, but still haven’t seen any real “violence” on video or first-hand. There were broken windows, property damage and vandalism – for which people should be charged. If someone hurt...

John Sullivan, a noted leftist leader from Utah, stormed the US Capitol with fellow activists on Wednesday. The mainstream media and the fact-checkers tried to protect him and claimed that he was there only to film the whole situation. Even far-left PolitiFact reviewed Sullivan’s video of the mob into the Capitol and Babbitt’s shooting. They say that it doesn’t show Sullivan clearly engaged in the violence or leading the run-up to the Capitol, although it does show him animated as he spoke with police and rioters from the frontlines. At points in the video, Sullivan can be heard telling others...

Basically says, ANTIFA “put out the word to come, wear red, wear Trump stuff ... try to blend in ... to confuse ... and make it appear it was all Trump people” ...

Alabama Representative Mo Brooks asserts that Congress was briefed before the January 6th Million MAGA March about ANTIFA actors infiltrating the protest to cause chaos, sew seeds of violence, and ultimately change the narrative by turning an overall peaceful protest into a mainstream media declared riot.

The pro-Trump rallies in Washington D.C. are set to take place on the sidelines of a joint-session of Congress to certify the results of the 2020 presidential election. Supporters of President Trump are gathering in Washington as the president plans to address a pro-Trump rally taking place on the sidelines of a joint session of Congress to certify the results of the 2020 presidential election. It comes as the president is putting pressure on Vice President Mike Pence to intervene during the session, tweeting: "Do it Mike, this is a time for extreme courage!" And it also follows the Georgia...

There is much being said on Free Republic and in the halls of hell that just is not true in regards to what took place yesterday in Washington D.C. I will start from the moment I arrived at the Ellipse area at 7:00am.

The Capitol riot will hurt the people who were already hurting most, the decent rally goers continually ignored and smeared, now saddled with the baggage of violence they did not commit.WASHINGTON D.C. — As protesters marched from the president’s speech to the Capitol on Wednesday, making the scenic journey down Constitution Avenue, I met a mild-mannered woman from the same small corner of Wisconsin in which I grew up. She’d never voted before Donald Trump ran for president. She traveled to the capital because she loves the president. Not long after our conversation, hundreds of Trump supporters stormed the Capitol....

In an incredible interview with Alex Jones, General Michael Flynn laid out a wealth of evidence in, what he calls, a stolen election and asserted that President Trump will continue to be the President for the next 4 years. “The truth is going to come out and Donald Trump will continue to be the President for the next four years,” Flynn asserted. “There’s no doubt in my mind .. on a scale of 1 to 10 that Trump will be the next President, it’s 10, without a doubt.” Earlier in the month, the two had an awkward exchange which caused...

Former Attorney General William Barr says President Donald Trump’s conduct as a violent mob of his supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol was a “betrayal of his office and supporters.” In a statement to The Associated Press, Barr said Thursday that “orchestrating a mob to pressure Congress is inexcusable.” Barr was one of Trump’s most loyal and ardent defenders in the Cabinet.

Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump These are the things and events that happen when a sacred landslide election victory is so unceremoniously & viciously stripped away from great patriots who have been badly & unfairly treated for so long. Go home with love & in peace. Remember this day forever! 6:01 PM · Jan 6, 2021

WARNING: GRAPHIC LANGUAGETrump supporters flocked to Freedom Plaza on Saturday for the "Stop the Steal" march to show their opposition to the results of the 2020 election. Throughout the day and into the evening, fights broke out between the Proud Boys, a far right extremist group, and Antifa/Black Lives Matter. The Proud Boys originally showed up and talked with fellow Trump supporters. Eventually it became evident that they were looking for people on the "other side" – whether it be Black Lives Matter or Antifa counter protestors – to clash with. The leftist groups were identified by their typical regalia...
