Once again, the United States and Saudi Arabian governments are joining together to ask the United Nations’ 1267 Sanctions Committee to add four branches of the Al-Haramain Islamic Foundation to its consolidated list of terrorists tied to al-Qaida, Usama bin Laden and the Taliban.
