WASHINGTON, Feb. 10, 2006 – A partnership that enables military members and their families to file their tax returns electronically without charge is proving tremendously popular, with 103,000 returns already filed as of Feb. 7, a Military OneSource official told the American Forces Press Service. Bars all over the nation may never be the same thanks to the innovation of a Wisconsin man. Turbo tap inventor Matt Younkle Ashwaubenon native Matt Younkle has invented a device called "turbo tap." The turbo tap can pour draft beer in about two to three seconds. That is four times faster than a conventional tap.
