Timothy Schultz, a 42-year-old Florida man, survived an apparent gator bite only to die Monday after attacking deputies with garden shears, authorities said. Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) Grady Judd alleged in a press conference that Schultz was high on meth during his swim in an alligator-infested lake and subsequent rampage with shears.
