The moviegoer who was brutally beaten over a seat at a Florida theater earlier this month said he suffered a broken nose as his attacker “just went to town,” according to a report. “I couldn’t even get a defensive shot in,” the man told NBC Miami. “It happened so fast, he basically sucker-punched me is what he did.” The 63-year-old victim, who wished to remain anonymous, and his wife purchased VIP tickets for ‘Insidious: The Red Door’ at the AMC Pompano Theater in Florida on July 10, which included advanced seat selection. The victim said he “politely” asked a couple who...

California gave early release from prison to a reckless driver named Derrick John Thompson who had caused a crash which put an innocent person in a coma. Anyone who’s not a bleeding heart can guess what he did after he got out. This time, his reckless driving killed five innocent people in Minnesota. All five of those people would still be alive if California had kept him locked up for his full sentence. This is yet one more example of how California is pro-violent crime. Here’s a video of Derrick John Thompson killing five innocent people:https://twitter.com/lizcollin/status/1670471436446867456WARNING: Disturbing video shows moment of impact...

A 6-year-old girl and her parents were injured by gunfire on Tuesday night after a basketball rolled down a residential street in North Carolina and into a man’s yard, enraging him, neighbors told WSOC-TV. Witnesses told the station that the gunman ran up and down the street, firing until he ran out of bullets. The Gaston County Police Department said Wednesday they were still hunting for the alleged gunman, identified as Robert Louis Singletary, a 24-year-old man described as “armed and dangerous.” The young girl, Kinsley White, was hospitalized after being seriously wounded. She was released overnight, family members told...

PLEASANTON, Calif. (KRON) – Two people were jailed Wednesday morning and accused of murder, robbery, child endangerment and conspiracy after allegedly shooting and killing an employee at a Home Depot in Pleasanton, California. Police were called to the Home Depot on the eastern edge of the San Francisco Bay Area at about 2:15 p.m. Tuesday. They found one victim bleeding inside the store. Police said suspect Benicia Knapps was trying to steal an electrical item from the store and was confronted by store employees. Police said Knapps then pulled out a handgun and shot and killed a member of the...

Kansas City, Mo. Mayor Quinton Lucas (D) said early Wednesday that the recent shooting of 16-year-old Ralph Yarl “has everything to do with race.” Police say Yarl was shot twice by Andrew Lester, an 84-year-old white homeowner, after the Black teenager accidentally went to the wrong address to pick up his younger brothers. “This defendant, in the probable cause statement, is indicated to have said that he was afraid of Ralph because he is a tall, Black man,” Lucas told “CNN This Morning” on Wednesday. “He thought he was in some way menacing or scary. I don’t think that was...

My general position on last week's Tennessee flap was that the expulsions may have been a bit heavy-handed, despite clear cause for disciplinary action. Ejecting elected representatives from a legislative body is a very serious step, and should generally be avoided to the greatest extent possible. Instead, perhaps some combination of formal censures, stripping of committee assignments, and an official final warnings against future misconduct (more instances of which would result in a zero tolerance response) may have been the better path. Plus, it would've denied these loud showboats the tribal martyrdom and accompanying prominence they clearly crave and relish....

Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price has attacked Judge Mark McCannon demanding that he be disqualified from presiding over any criminal case moving forward. In March, McCannon had rejected a 15-year plea deal that was brokered for defendant Delonzo Logwood who was accused of a triple murder. The deal involved Logwood having to plead no contest to a voluntary manslaughter charge for the fatal shooting of 22-year old Eric Ford in 2008. In exchange the two other murder charges against Logwood, the killing of 24-year-old Zaire Washington and 30-year-old Richard Carter, that took place in the same year would be...

The family of Jasper Wu, an Oakland toddler who was killed by a stray bullet, have voiced concern over Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price’s plans to not pursue jail time for the suspects. Wu was driving home to Fremont, California, with his family on Nov. 6, 2021, when a stray bullet pierced their car on Interstate 880. The bullet passed through their front windshield and hit the 23-month-old toddler in the forehead. The bullet came from a rival gang shootout between two vehicles exchanging fire. Trevor Green, 22, Ivory Bivins, 24, and Johnny Jackson, 34, were arrested in December...

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg tore into House Republicans' 'unprecedented campaign of harassment and intimidation' after Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan subpoenaed prosecutor Mark Pomerantz on Thursday. Pomerantz worked in Bragg's office and tried to persuade the DA he should prosecute Trump - but quit when Bragg rejected his legal theories. It's unclear if Pomerantz, who wrote a book about the need to prosecute Trump after quitting Bragg's office, will challenge the subpoena or comply.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's office said a parking garage attendant who was wounded wrestling a gun away from an alleged thief and shooting the suspect will not face charges at this time, according to FOX 5 NY. Moussa Diarra, 57, was initially charged with attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon in the incident that unfolded Saturday morning. Diarra had noticed a man peering into cars on the second floor of the West 31st Street garage in Manhattan when he confronted him and asked what was in his bag. The suspected thief, Charles Rhodie, 59, then pulled...

Were the opposition to match tit-for-tat these Democratic means, then the republic would not survive. As we await the publication of all the impending indictments of former President Donald Trump by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, Americans are trying to figure out what constitutes an indictable offense for current and retired public officials. Most legal experts, Left and Right, have noted: 1) Bragg promised in advance that he would try to find a way to indict Trump. His prior boasts are reminiscent of Stalin’s secret police enforcer Lavrentiy Beria’s quip, “Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime.”...

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is really making a name for himself on a national level, likely much to his eventual regret. After convincing a grand jury to bring preposterous charges against Donald Trump, Bragg had to find something to keep himself busy until Tuesday, and a New York garage attendant named Moussa Diarra offered him that opportunity. Diarra was working the overnight shift yesterday when he spotted Charles Rhodie rooting around the garage with a bag, apparently attempting to steal some of the tools and equipment in the garage. Diarra confronted Rhodie and demanded to inspect the bag. Instead...

Rude reps for Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg told a House Judiciary staffer to “stop calling us with this bulls–t” after he made multiple attempts to get in touch by phone. The Judiciary Committee staffer who called Bragg’s office at noon on Wednesday was promptly hung up on after he identified himself to a woman who answered the phone, a person familiar with the call told The Post. When the staffer called back a second time and identified himself, a second woman bluntly told him, “Your committee has no jurisdiction over us. You’re wrong. Stop calling us with this bulls—t,”...

CNN anchor Don Lemon said Friday on “CNN This Morning” that former President Donald Trump’s “racist” attacks on Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and New York Attorney General Letitia James were “really disturbing.” Partial transcript as follows: LEMON: This is really disturbing to me because he’s been doing this for a while, and I think we can’t talk enough about it, where he’s been calling these prosecutors who happen to be African-American, saying that they’re racist. He called Alvin Bragg a Soros-backed animal. He’s turning to his old tricks here of, you know, being racist or racist-adjacent, using that type...

A lawyer representing former President Donald Trump called for the New York prosecutor pursuing Trump to be investigated for prosecutorial misconduct. In an interview with The Epoch Times, published Thursday, attorney Joe Tacopina said he had filed just such a complaint against left-wing Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who enjoys the backing of radical billionaire George Soros.

Former President Donald Trump has sparked outrage by sharing images showing him holding a baseball bat next to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s head — and calling him “a degenerate psychopath” who “hates the USA!” Trump, 76, shared the image — featured in a link to an article — on his Truth Social platform Thursday as he devoted his day to attacking the prosecutor for pursuing a case over the “hush money” payout to porn star Stormy Daniels. “They are HUMAN SCUM!” he wrote in one post asking why Bragg “refuses to do the right thing and ‘call it a...

Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg is melting down now that House Committees are asking questions, demanding documents, and interviews into what looks like the political targeting of President Donald Trump. Bragg is presently pursuing an indictment against Trump but, as we noted, there are a lot of problems in the case including the lies of the chief witness in the case, Michael Cohen. The grand jury proceedings were again postponed on Thursday, so they won’t have any further action on the matter until at least next week.Bragg was responding in part to the following letters from the House Judiciary Committee calling...

Harvard Law School Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz, author of Get Trump: The Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process, and Our Constitutional Rule of Law, said on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Sunday with host Joel Pollak that Manhattan’s district attorney Alvin Bragg created “a crime that doesn’t exist” in his legal pursuit of former President Donald Trump. Alvin Bragg knows he is not pursuing a “righteous prosecution,” Dershowitz stated. Dershowitz speculated that a televised “perp walk” of Trump would amount to a political boon for Bragg’s reelection campaign.
