Exclusive — Alan Dershowitz: Alvin Bragg Created ‘a Crime that Doesn’t Exist’ to ‘Get the Perp Walk’ of Trump

Harvard Law School Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz, author of Get Trump: The Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process, and Our Constitutional Rule of Law, said on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Sunday with host Joel Pollak that Manhattan’s district attorney Alvin Bragg created “a crime that doesn’t exist” in his legal pursuit of former President Donald Trump.

Alvin Bragg knows he is not pursuing a “righteous prosecution,” Dershowitz stated.

Dershowitz speculated that a televised “perp walk” of Trump would amount to a political boon for Bragg’s reelection campaign.

I don’t agree with Alan on a lot: abortion, various failed do-goodery efforts, and the like, but he’s intellectually consistent with an eye to the long term survival of the West as governed by law and not raw politics.

That sounds like a crime in itself.

What about the Steele/Hillary dossier? What about the innocent call by Trump to Ukraine? What about J6? All those crimes were manufactured, and innocent people are paying the price.

Bragg needs to be indicted,and perp-walked and have a mugshot and be fingerprinted and imprisoned.
