NEW ORLEANS — All suspects have been arrested in connection to the robbery and beating of two tourists from Boston in the French Quarter. Nicholas Polgowski and Rashaad Piper were booked Wednesday morning into the Orleans Parish jail. This comes as the two other suspects, Dejuan Paul and Joshua Simmons, are currently being held without bail. The four men are being charged with second degree robbery in connection to the beating of two Boston tourists Saturday night on Bienville Street.
