The death of a 14-year-old teenager is being investigated by Massachusetts authorities after he died while participating in the viral 'One Chip Challenge'. ALFORD — The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Alford woman last week after she allegedly stripped off her clothes and broke into a parked ambulance after taking methamphetamine, according to a release.
