Photos have emerged of cocaine that was found last summer at the White House, months after the Secret Service concluded its investigation into the matter without arresting a suspect. A small baggy containing roughly one gram of the white, powdery substance is visible in locker no. 50 near the White House’s West Executive entrance, according to photos the Daily Mail received after filing a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the protective agency. The Secret Service concluded its probe just 11 days after the cocaine was discovered by an agent sweeping the West Wing on July 2. The agency...

On inflation and the US economy: "We have a choice. One way to fight inflation is to drive down wages and make Americans poorer. I have a better plan to fight inflation. Lower your costs, not your wages. Make more cars and semiconductors in America. More infrastructure and innovation in America. More goods moving faster and cheaper in America. More jobs where you can earn a good living in America. And, instead of relying on foreign supply chains — let’s make it in America. Economists call it 'increasing the productive capacity of our economy.' I call it building a better...

Just hours before Donald Trump will presumably announce his nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court, the New York Times pushed out this attempt to rehab attacks on Barrett over her Catholic faith. Give Elizabeth Bruenig this much credit — she manages to front-load the debunking of attacks on Barrett over the false People of Praise/”Handmaid’s Tale” connection. Dianne Feinstein’s comment, “the dogma lives loudly within you, and that’s of concern,” is called infamous. However, all that is mere predicate to declare attacks on Catholicism fair game in a confirmation hearing, because of its “fundamental conflict” with “the...

Ted Cruz will grab an upset win over Donald Trump in Arizona's presidential primary election on Tuesday, as he's the "only candidate with any kind of organization out here," a close confidant of Sen. John McCain predicts. "They have him positioned to spring the upset," Kurt Davis, a GOP operative in Arizona, told The Hill. "They just have to deliver." According to Real Clear Politics, Trump is ahead of Cruz by 13 points in the state's polls, but in Arizona, Republicans on the ground say the race's margin is narrower, and Cruz could pull off the upset.

It was pandemonium in Tahrir Square in Cairo as the news spread like wild fire, Mubarak has stepped down! This was an unbelievable, awe inspiring event and perhaps one of the greatest moments in human history for people power. Words can't explain the euphoria of so many people and political groups united in an almost delirious happiness. It was truly a watershed moment. They should enjoy their great victory while they can because tomorrow when the sun rises there will be a new reality and a new beginning. The path they have chosen will have many twists hiding hijackers and...

Must see documentary / movie out... I saw it today. I had to applaud. (As did the rest of the audience.) Inside Job. The subject is the root cause of the current collapse of the economy, and what has been/is being done to resolve it. http://www.sonyclassics.com/insidejob/site/ There are no actors in this film, but you will recognize almost everyone. The power of this film is in the clear presentation of public statements of a large number of the most powerful people in the world today in the context of their motivations and rewards. I want to hear Limbaugh, Palin and...

THE Obama Administration has launched what is said to be the strongest attack yet by the US on Japanese lethal "scientific" whaling. In a long-awaited detailed statement released last night, the Administration criticised the misuse of International Whaling Commission rules, and said scientific whaling undermined the global moratorium on commercial whaling. The statement to a Congressional committee by the White House and National Oceans and Atmospheric Administration strongly defended the 23-year-old moratorium and urged disputing IWC nations to resolve their differences now. Refraining from criticism of Japan under the Bush administration, the US has placed itself squarely in the anti-whaling...

Jong Park was also fined $500 after he pleaded guilty to an animal cruelty charge in Marlboro Township Municipal Court Wednesday. Monmouth County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Police Chief Victor Amato filed charges after Park admitted releasing the 1-year-old bunny named Hope because she had outgrown her cage.

My oldest son went off to college and became a Democrat. If that isn't enough, he constantly tries to convince me that our family’s conservative values are wrong and I should vote for Barack Obama. Well that's not happening, but he still tries. Last week he called me and said, Mom I sent you a book. It will totally change your mind about the election. The next day I receive a package with Paul Begala’s (that hateful Clinton shill from CNN) book called Third Term. My first response was Third Term, well that would be much better than the alternative....

Mon Jan 08 2007 18:41:00 ET An English couple are facing a council investigation into their smoking habits at home, it was reported Tuesday. Jeanette Gordon-Crawley, 54, and her husband Gavin, 51, from Caernarfon, north Wales, have been told by their local council that their next-door neighbour has complained that she can smell cigarette smoke from their house in her living room. Moira Duell, an environmental health officer with Gwynedd County Council, sent them a letter headed: "Alleged Odour Nuisance", the Sun said. In the letter she said: "Your neighbour alleges that cigarette smoke is permeating into her living room...

Where Do We Go From Here? The following is a disclaimer that is only necessary because as sure as liberals exist; They do violence to language by giving random and arbitrary meanings to words: This is not a call for violence, or revolt against this very corrupt government. As an ex-liberal living behind liberal lines here in Marin County California, I am feeling lost, isolated and frustrated. It has been a very hard week for conservatives. Judges in Arkansas tell us that we cannot prevent gays from adopting. President Bush has the mildest words for the traitorous actions of the...

In Cal they are calliing it an utter disaster for Schwarzenegger! A career killer and it's being dubbed the "government employees victory". Seems New Jersey- Virgina, (a state that voted for Bush) and other areas the Democrats have stomped the Republicans. Just heard they are calling this a coast to coast KO. Many are saying they could have predicted this. I tend to agree. Is anyone really surprised?

Well fellow republicans, the title says it all. After a huge scuffle with a now ex friend (democrat), I am now a full blooded republican. I won't go into details why I decided to change, but I now see the light. Democrats are liars, deceiving, and very discriminative. I never thought I would consider myself as a republican, but I know believe. It will take some time for me to adjust and to rethink a lot of my positions on social issues, but I think we all know how they’ll change. But for the meantime, I have a lot of...
