Instead of my earlier idea of an on-line Jeopardy style tournament, I am rolling out this Never Ending Quiz. The rules and format are simple. On October 3rd, President Bush announced his nomination of his longtime friend, White House Counsel Harriet Miers as his nominee for the vacancy created by the departure of Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor.
