The ongoing federal immigration operations in Minnesota targeting Somali immigrants living in the country illegally have created fear and unease for many in the Twin Cities. Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara joined 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS on Wednesday night and reiterated that police don’t participate in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations.
