On Friday the 13 of February 2009 both houses of the US Congress passed the largest spending bill in the history of our nation. The final amount of the bill is reported to be $787 Billion. Congressional staffers have been inundated with calls, emails, and faxes by Americans responding to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, otherwise known as the Stimulus Bill.
