An Arkansas father is facing a potential murder charge after reportedly shooting and killing a man in his 60s who was found in a vehicle with his missing 14-year-old daughter. On August 31, 2024, in the neighborhood of Waianae, about 30 miles west of Honolulu, Hiram Silva attacked a home with a large front loader, ramming cars into the house.
