Project Veritas Action released new undercover footage of radical leftist Arizona gubernatorial nominee Katie Hobbs. Campaign insiders reveal why they are keeping Hobbs from the debate stage. Project Veritas Action press secretary RC Maxwell, a black man, later confronted Hobbs outside of a restaurant, scaring the hell out of her. She immediately packed her bag and stood up in such a hurry to run away that she spilled her drink all over the place like an unstable maniac. Hobbs then tried to hide in the bathroom and later ran away from the Project Veritas Action reporter, struggling to get into...

CNN sounded the alarm Sunday, warning that the pro-Second Amendment makeup of the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) portends an end to gun control “nationwide.” CNN’s Tierney Sneed pointed to the June 23, 2022, SCOTUS decision in NYSRPA v. Bruen, noting that it not only struck down New York’s proper cause requirement but also set forward stringent rules for how lower courts must decide cases related to the Second Amendment. On July 1 Breitbart News noted that SCOTUS remanded a number of cases, vacating the decisions and ordering them to be reconsidered in light of Bruen. The cases...

Florida man, 37 attempted to enter the Ruth N. Upson Elementary School in Jacksonville carrying a large axe and ended up getting shot. Democrat-controlled state governments may finally be starting to realize the precedent problem standing in the way of their gun-control agenda. As I wrote when the Supreme Court decided New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruen in June, the Court declared in that ruling a strong restoration of the Second Amendment: “the Second Amendment protects the rights of law-abiding, adult citizens (“the People”) to keep and bear arms, particularly weapons in common use. Therefore, any law restricting that right needs to be consistent with the Nation’s ‘historical tradition of firearm regulation.’”

Polk County, Florida, Sheriff Grady Judd is telling residents of his county to protect their homes by shooting looters until they look “like grated cheese.” Grady told FOX News on Friday, “People have a right to be safe in their homes. They have a right for their property to be safe, even when part of their home may be torn away, and these looters, that’s unacceptable.” Grady went on to encourage Polk county residents to defend their property from looters and to make sure looters understand there could be a high price to pay for taking advantage of hurricane victims.

Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson argues the framers of the 14th Amendment adopted it "in a race-conscious way," a position some legal experts say is subject to debate. Jackson, the first black woman on the Supreme Court, began her first two days on the nine-member bench by speaking more than any other justices , in addition to a full four-minute statement in which she said the 14th Amendment used "race-conscious" remedies to make freedmen equal to white citizens. The issue at hand involved a challenge to Alabama 's 2021 congressional district map, which a lower court held was a...

We should stop teaching history in our schools. The way history is now being taught leads to a racist society, perpetuates white privilege, and overlooks the contributions of women and minorities. I ask school districts to immediately remove history curricula, books, and materials that unfairly communicate history until suitable alternatives are developed. Enslaved people built our young nation and made possible an economy that would throw off the control of the most powerful country then on earth, Great Britain. But, oh, at what a price. According to Bennett Minton in The Washington Post, some schools across the country intend to...

A Seattle-area elementary school again canceled Halloween celebrations. The principal called it “exclusionary” because not everyone celebrates the holiday. After torturing children with absurd and unscientific COVID protocols, like socially-distanced lunch outside on the pavement, you’d think Principal John Simard of Brookside Elementary in Shoreline would want kids to have fun. No such luck. He emailed parents to explain that while some children may be looking forward to Halloween, he cannot allow any celebrations. Wokeness killed another holiday celebration where kids could have fun. This move should be condemned, not celebrated as inclusive. ... School pretends Halloween is exclusionary.. There...

A new study shows that the attitude of Americans toward red flag laws, where guns are taken away from citizens by a judge who determines they are a danger to themselves or others, dramatically changes from support to opposition when more detail is provided in the poll question about the process of gun confiscation via the legal process. The recently released study of 1,000 likely voters conducted by the Crime Prevention Research Center initially showed that 58% of people support red flag laws when told the "primary purpose is to allow judges to take away a person’s gun based on...

On October 3, 2022, it was revealed the Supreme Court refused to review two cases challenging the rule implementing a bump stock ban put in place by the ATF at the request of President Donald Trump. The two cases which had been appealed to the Supreme Court were distributed for conference where decisions are made to hear the case (grant a writ of certiorari) or not on September 12. Both had been rescheduled earlier in the year. Both cases were denied as of October 3, 2022.The appeals process for the bump stock ban has ended. The two cases were: Aposhian v....

The fatal shooting of rapper Half Ounce has ignited a familiar conversation about gun violence, rap culture and whether there’s a responsibility for record labels to protect their artists. The 32-year-old rapper, whose real name was Latauriisha O’Brien, was killed in Los Angeles’ Koreatown neighborhood Monday, just weeks after rapper PnB Rock was fatally shot during a robbery in the same city. These rappers are part of a string of artists who have died by gun violence, with at least one rapper being fatally shot every year since 2018. With other high-profile rappers such as Drakeo the Ruler, who was...

Pembroke Park officials to hold special meeting ... PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – As the clock ticks for Pembroke Park to secure police coverage before its contract with the Broward Sheriff’s Office expires Saturday, one potential option is now off the table. It also appears the town may be scrambling to get its startup in-house police department, scheduled to launch in 2023, up and running in mere days. If nothing happens, the south Broward town of about 6,000 people will have no police patrolling its streets. BSO deputies would only respond to emergency calls, as dictated by state statute, and could...

About 3,000 of the approximately 18,000 Protestant pastors in Germany in the 1930s openly supported Adolf Hitler, and about the same number ended up opposing his tyrannical rule. But it was the vast majority of ministers, about 12,000, who chose to remain silent – arguing it wasn't their place to engage in politics – who enabled the Nazis to "crush the heroic 3,000" who stood up against the dictator, points out Eric Metaxas in his new book "Letter to the American Church." "That is the nightmare – that they thought it would be safe," Metaxas said in an interview with...

The Second Amendment, addressing the right of American citizens to bear arms, is a touchy subject these days, but its effect on our daily lives cannot be overstated. Being able to protect ourselves in a world that is becoming more dangerous by the day is essential to survival. The right to arm oneself, whether the weapon is concealed or not, has become more important than ever. Take a stroll through any big city and you're likely to see a replay of what I witnessed recently in New York City: rampant homelessness, burgeoning crime and a proliferation of drug use. Feeling...

…..James Murdoch, 49, was also a top donor to Biden's 2020 effort – breaking with his powerful father, whose Fox network provided Donald Trump with a powerful platform. The couple founded the Quadrivium foundation, which has given millions to left-leaning organizations in recent years.

A new report from the Crime Prevention Research Center (CPRC) argues that the FBI's data contains "massive errors" when tracking active shooting incidents, undercounting how often armed citizens have thwarted active-shooting situations over the last eight years. "Although collecting such data is fraught with challenges, some see a pattern of distortion in the FBI numbers because the errors almost exclusively go one way, minimizing the life-saving actions of armed citizens," the report, which was provided to Fox News Digital this week by Crime Prevention Research Center founder and president John Lott, states.

A Philadelphia judge on Monday blocked the city from banning guns at parks and recreation facilities after a gun rights lobbying group argued that the city does not have authority to do so. Judge Joshua H. Roberts of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas issued a permanent injunction (pdf) against the ban and permanently enjoined the city against enforcing the directive. Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney, a Democrat, signed an executive order (pdf) in September banning firearms in all city-owned recreational facilities, stating that it was “crucial to take steps” to ensure that the city’s recreational facilities are “a safe place...

A TECH-SAVVY New Yorker has made a whopping $21,000 by selling 3D-printed guns. The man, who identified himself as 'Kem', sold 110 guns to the attorney general's office in a buy-back scheme, Futurism reported.Earlier this year, the state of New York started a 'Cash for Guns' program that offers at least $200 to anyone who surrenders a gun. Kem then saw people tweeting about the program while joking that they could 3D-print guns to earn some instant cash. The tweets inspired Kem to try the scheme out in real life, using a $200 3D printer he'd gotten for Christmas."I 3D-printed a bunch...

Senate candidate John Fetterman (D-PA) wants to end the filibuster so Democrats can push through a gun ban for “assault weapons.” Fetterman’s gun control positions were in the spotlight over the weekend after a September 30 FOX News mention of his reference to NRA members as the “lunatic fringe of gun ownership.”
