The Supreme Court on Monday rejected efforts by President Donald Trump and his allies to get the court to quickly consider challenges. The move effectively shut the door on the president’s legal strategy to stop the steal. The court released an order in the morning denying expedited consideration to suits filed by Trump’s campaign challenging election procedures in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. It similarly denied requests from L. Lin Wood and Sidney Powell to expedite challenges to the elections in Michigan and Georgia, as well as other suits filed by Trump supporters. The action by the court was widely expected and...

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Republican presidential contender Donald Trump called on Wednesday for the resignation of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, describing her as mentally unfit after she lambasted him in a series of media interviews. "Justice Ginsburg of the U.S. Supreme Court has embarrassed all by making very dumb political statements about me," Trump said in a Twitter post. "Her mind is shot - resign!" The New York billionaire chided Ginsburg, 83, for criticizing him this week and expressing concern for the country's future if he is elected in November. Donald Trump retaliated against Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg for disparaging comments she's made about him in three separate interviews. In a 1 a.m. tweet Wednesday, he said she "has embarrassed all by making very dumb political statements about me. Her mind is shot - resign!" Trump had already hit back once Tuesday, in an interview with The New York Times, in which he said it was "highly inappropriate that a United States Supreme Court judge gets involved in a political campaign, frankly." He said her words were "a disgrace to the court," and he called on her to...

Like the thread title says, taxes cannot be selectively enforced. If obamacare is a tax, this would seem like an open and shut case for the courts where every single waiver is Unconstitutional.
