Tom Wolf, who withheld $12.8 million in federal money from Lebanon County because it violated his closure orders, said the county will receive the money — and use $2.8 million to promote the benefits of face maks. Gov. Tom Wolf said this week he’s never been tested for COVID-19. He said so in an offhand remark at a news briefing for reporters and didn’t elaborate.
