(Big League Politics) â Special counsel and former FBI director Robert Mueller is accused of framing a man on gun charges â a case that is officially under investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI). The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation confirms on official letterhead that a criminal complaint regarding Muellerâs conduct as FBI director is stored in an investigative case file at the Bureau. The Departmentâs policy is not to release this information in the course of an investigation.

Weâve seen this before, just on a smaller scale. Special Counsel Robert Mueller is following the infamous playbook of Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald, who managed to convict an innocent man while the guilty one walked free â and Fitzgerald knew it. They both went after and indicted people who either did not commit any crimes or were indicted for things unrelated to the purposes for which they were appointed. Both were in hotly political environments with supportive media. Both were open-ended investigations. And, it seems, both were hungry for convictions for the sake of convictions â not truth or justice....

âIf you want a friend in DC, get a dog. We're coming for you.â âDan Bongino, Deputy Director, FBI. You better believe Martha Stewart baked a cake last night â the lovely Gâteau OpĂŠra perhaps? â when she got the news that the ham sandwich known as James Comey got indicted by a federal grand jury twenty-two years after that same ham sandwich indicted the goddess of hearth and home for lying to the FBI and the SEC over a trumped-up insider-trading rap, and sent her to federal prison for a five-month stretch plus five additional months of confined home-making...

As the anniversary of September 11 approaches, a lawsuit filed by the families of the victims of the Islamic terrorist attacks against the Saudis has been granted permission to move forward. Saudi Arabia along with Qatar and Iran were the three Islamic terrorist states seen as most complicit in September 11. One of the big missing pieces of the puzzle is the complicity of the FBI in covering up the role of Saudi Arabia. During the trial, a video emerged that the FBI had spent a lot of time hiding of Omar Al-Bayoumi, a Saudi agent, filming key landmarks in...

The new release by Gabbard is a vindication for Trump, who stood alone in 2018, and strengthens his position ahead of the upcoming summit. =============================================================== Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has released two emails that are significant not only for their content but for their timing, coming just two days before the Trump-Putin summit in Alaska. The emails reveal that in late 2016, then-DNI James Clapper pushed the fraudulent narrative that Russia had hacked the Democratic National Committee (DNC), overriding pointed objections from then-National Security Agency chief Admiral Mike Rogers. The timing matters because this very narrative â the...

An exclusive leak obtained by RadarOnline.com reveals that disgraced pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was not only shielded by the U.S. justice system, but was in fact a covert FBI informant, effectively working for âintelligenceâ years before his notorious 2007 plea deal. In 2018, The Gateway Pundit reported that Jeffrey Epstein was not just protected by federal authorities but may have actively worked as an informant for the FBI under former Director Robert Mueller. According to the uncovered documents released under a successful Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit: âOn 9/11/08, case agent advised writer that Epstein is currently being prosecuted by...

Republican senators were appalled by President Trumpâs rough treatment of 91-year-old Sen. Chuck Grassley (Iowa), the Senateâs most senior Republican, on social media and are pushing back on Trumpâs attempts to squeeze the senator into abolishing an arcane procedure known as the Senate blue slip. GOP senators were not pleased that Trump piled so much pressure on Grassley, the chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, to get rid of a long-established Senate tradition. Trump piled on by reposting on Truth Social posts accusing Grassley of being a âRINOâ and âsneakyâ and standing in the way of Trumpâs agenda. Sen. Thom...

The U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary has released a scathing statement exposing the FBIâs utter failureâif not outright refusalâto properly investigate Hillary Clintonâs illegal use of a private email server during her time as Secretary of State. Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) revealed that the newly declassified âClinton annexââan appendix to the DOJ Inspector Generalâs 2018 reportâshows that James Comeyâs FBI deliberately ignored key evidence, stonewalled Congress, and prioritized politics over national security. Grassley confirmed that the document, declassified at his request by Trump-appointed Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel, reveals how FBI brassâincluding Comey, McCabe, and...

In May, 2000, Senatorial candidate Hillary Clinton received a $1,000 donation from American Muslim Council (AMC) founder Abdurahman Alamoudi,(1) a Falls Church, Virginia Muslim Brotherhood member and Hamas, Hezbollah, and Al Qaeda supporter who was also the first president of the Islamic Society of Boston mosque, later attended by Boston Marathon bombers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.(2) Alamoudi, an Eritrean immigrant who came to the United States in 1979 and became a naturalized citizen in 1996, was convicted to 23 years in prison in 2004 for illegal financial dealings with that included raising funds from the Libyan government for a 2003...

Internal FBI emails reveal that rogue agents and prosecutors in the Biden DOJ were looking for ways to pile on new criminal charges against Donald Trump over the Jan. 6 Capitol riot â this time over his involvement with the J6 prisoner choir, based on a single partisan news article. The 2023 emails obtained by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley and revealed exclusively to The Post, are an example of the nitpicking malice of anti-Trump lawfare that tainted special counsel Jack Smithâs investigation, during Joe Bidenâs presidency. âCan we do some work to nail down Trumpâs role in this,â...

The FBIâs electronic case management system, Sentinel, allows agents to hide the existence of relevant investigative reports from other authorized users of the federal database. And during the Russia collusion hoax, Special Counsel Robert Muellerâs team used that functionality to keep potentially relevant documents hidden from other FBI agents investigating whether a Fusion GPS contractor lied to Congress. The significance of these two facts cannot be overstated: Now in question is whether the federal government complies with the constitutional mandate in criminal cases to provide defendants all material exculpatory and impeachment evidence as well as its discovery obligations in civil...

The FBI determined that Fusion GPS -- hired by Clinton's campaign -- likely served as a coordinating hub for creating several bogus Trump-Russia dossiers, and noted an unusually cozy relationship between Fusion GPS and the Department of Justice. A newly declassified FBI memo detailing the findings of its probe into Fusion GPS contractor Nellie Ohr about the veracity of her testimony to Congress delivers new details about the Hillary Clinton campaignâs fingerprints on the origins of the Trump-Russia investigation. The New York Post reported that Ohr, the wife of a former Justice Department official, gave âdemonstrably falseâ testimony to Congress...
