Republican presidential candidate and businessman Herman Cain says he is open to joining a GOP ticket as vice president, but not if the other name on that ticket is Rick Perry. Cain told the National Journal, "Based upon Governor Perry's position on some issues, I would not be comfortable being his vice presidential nominee."
