Randeep Mann, an Arkansas doctor accused of attempting to blow up the state medical board chairman, was indicted by a federal grand jury on Wednesday. Dr. Mann is charged with using a weapon of mass destruction in the February 2009 explosion that took the eye of Dr. Trent Pierce. According to prosecutors, Dr. Mann was acting in retaliation after Dr. Pierce had disciplined Mann for over prescribing narcotics.
