This week, Georgetown University began announcing the Fifth Annual Student Palestine Solidarity Conference on the University’s website using the same rhetoric that Duke University used in announcing a similar event almost two years ago. The Conference is being billed as a testimonial to the exercise of "freedom of speech" and the participants are telling everyone they are "peace activists" even though they refuse to condemn terrorism.
