On Wednesday afternoon, the Racine County Sheriff’s Office issued a press release announcing it had forwarded to the county district attorney recommended charges for election fraud against five members of the Wisconsin Election Commission, including two felony counts. Wisconsin State Representative Timothy Ramthun (R-Campbellsport) released a statement on Thursday calling for the “decertification” of Wisconsin’s 10 electoral ballots, regarding the 2020 general election. He issued a statement following the October release of the bi-partisan Legislative Audit Bureau report and the press release from the Racine County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday. State Representative Timothy Ramthun released the following statement: I have continued to pursue truth and integrity of our 2020 general election. Recent developments have made it abundantly clear that the legislature should not have certified Wisconsin’s 10 electoral ballots on December 14, 2020. The release of the bi-partisan...

One of the family members said his mother would ask him who he was, meaning she didn't recognize her own son. She hadn't voted since 2012 -- yet MyVote Wisconsin revealed she voted twice in 2020. ============================================================================= Racine County, Wisconsin law enforcement blew the 2020 election integrity question wide open on Thursday after an investigation into one nursing home. It revealed not only that state election officials flagrantly broke the law and ordered health-care employees to help them, but that the problem likely runs much deeper throughout the swing state’s other 71 counties. An “election statute was in fact not...

A Racine, Wisc., judge ruled Wednesday that the city’s coronavirus safety ordinance was too broad for citizens to understand and violated the state’s constitution, the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported. Racine County Circuit Judge Jon Fredrickson wrote that the order was “likely the strictest, and most over-arching COVID-19 order or ordinance in the country," adding "This court finds that no average person of ordinary intelligence can make sense of its sprawling breadth." The city has appealed the decision, the latest of several against the city by Frederickson, who then-Gov. Scott Walker (R) appointed in 2018. Frederickson said the city’s limitation on mass...

Two people were arrested Sunday morning by the Racine County Sheriff’s deputies for driving well in excess of the speed limit through the Interstate 94 construction zone. At 8:55 a.m., a deputy clocked a vehicle traveling 110 mph in a posted 60 mph construction zone in the northbound lane on I-94 in the Village of Raymond. The deputy spoke with the driver — 41-year-old Jose L. Mendoza of Racine — about his speed, and allegedly smelled the odor of intoxicants coming from Mendoza. Mendoza reportedly refused to perform field sobriety tests and was arrested and cited for speeding. Suggested charges...

When Foxconn breaks ground on Thursday on a $10bn LCD manufacturing complex in Wisconsin, President Donald Trump will be there to claim credit for securing the Taiwanese group’s promise to deliver 13,000 jobs. But while Mr Trump helps Foxconn celebrate in Racine county, Wisconsin — a key swing district that helped him win the presidency in 2016 — just up the road at Harley-Davidson, executives will be figuring out who will lose their jobs, after the company said it must offshore production to battle retaliatory EU trade tariffs. That landed Harley in the presidential doghouse. In a series of early...
