Crecente and Marilyn Robinson, Rocky Mountain News April 19, 2005 A high-ranking law enforcement official is fighting his dismissal from Colorado's top crime-fighting agency after a drunken driving accusation unearthed a decade's worth of questionable conduct, including allegations of serial domestic violence. The Colorado Bureau of Investigation fired former Pueblo Agent-in-Charge Leroy Roybal after learning of the allegations for the first time last fall.
