Probe finds decade of questionable conduct by agent

A high-ranking law enforcement official is fighting his dismissal from Colorado's top crime-fighting agency after a drunken driving accusation unearthed a decade's worth of questionable conduct, including allegations of serial domestic violence.
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation fired former Pueblo Agent-in-Charge Leroy Roybal after learning of the allegations for the first time last fall.

Roybal later told investigators that his level of intoxication was probably an eight on a scale of one to 10, he was blacking out and was so drunk he "could have raped ten nuns," the file says.
