Congress needs to seriously consider impeaching the power-mad President Barack Obama. He has unilaterally decided to commit the U.S. to a conflict in Libya that might last a decade or more. Overthrowing the Libyan government will likely require an invasion because bombing the enemy into submission didn't work in Vietnam or Iraq. The EU welcomed the country's renunciation of weapons of mass destruction and movement towards "responsible government." LONDON – Libya is preparing for defense cooperation talks with the United States, leading to a visit by President Bush early next year. Libyan officials said the United States has agreed to review Tripoli's defense requirements in wake of an agreement by Col.
