The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 46% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Obama's job performance. Fifty-one percent (51%) disapprove (see trends). Eighty percent (80%) of Democrats approve of the job the president is doing, while 89% of Republicans disapprove. Among voters not affiliated with either major party, 45% approve and 52% disapprove. The latest figures include 23% of all voters who Strongly Approve of the way Obama is performing as president and 41% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -18.
