The Republican National Committee (RNC) on Friday secured a settlement from the city of Detroit, which includes hiring more Republican poll workers ahead of next month's presidential election. The result was a legal challenge by the DNC and an eventual consent decree against the RNC forbidding them from challenging any election result. Those limitations against the republican party lasted from 1982 until 2017. Again, in 2016 a generally unapproved candidate, Donald Trump, wins the election. The response, yet another legal challenge by activist democrats seeking yet another consent decree against the RNC and Trump campaign. If successful, any challenge to the 2024 election would have to be approved by left-wing federal courts in Washington DC. Seeding the proactive narrative, the New York Times recently said the results from...

The Biden administration carved out paid administrative leave to encourage federal bureaucrats and other employees—seen as a loyal Democrat constituency—to volunteer as poll workers. The administration also requires federal agencies to grant four hours of leave for voting to employees, according to records obtained through the Freedom of Information Act from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project obtained the documents. The only explanation for the mandate is that it was implemented to deter right-leaning poll workers from overseeing election procedures. ... The city of Madison is requiring that election inspectors and poll workers “Provide proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test, or obtain a medical or religious exemption in advance of working the polls.” Mark Jefferson, the executive director of the Wisconsin Republican Party, told The Federalist that Madison originally had a blanket Covid mandate with no exceptions at the start of this year. However, after the Republican Party began pursuing legal recourse,...

As they say, life moves fast.On Monday, the New York Times published a story about a “small group of election deniers” who pushed a “conspiracy theory” that “a small American election software company, Konnech, had secret ties to the Chinese Communist Party and had given the Chinese government backdoor access to personal data about two million poll workers in the United States.”On Tuesday, Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascón announced that Eugene Yu, Konnech’s CEO, had been arrested in Michigan “as part of an investigation into the possible theft of personal identifying information of [LA County election] workers” and that...

State and local election officials in Michigan and other political battlegrounds are gearing up to deal with a new element in this year's elections: a large influx of Republicans seeking to become poll workers, recruited by the Republican National Committee and other conservative organizations to play an active role in administering the midterm elections. The development -- and a recent story in Politico detailing GOP recruitment sessions and how some of these would-be poll workers cling to debunked claims about fraud in the 2020 election -- have raised alarms that Republican election deniers could infiltrate official election operations and undermine...

Georgia Senate Judiciary subcommittee heard new jaw-dropping allegations of alleged election fraud in the state from several people including President Donald Trump’s attorney, Rudy Giuliani. The supposed videotape evidence alleges proof of ballots being counted without oversight. For the first time, the president’s legal team, led by Giuliani, presented surveillance video from the state’s largest voting center. Our republic stands on knife edge. As Gandalf said, "So it begins, the great battle of our time." Pray God it stays cool. A great battle fought genteelly and calmly in the courts and legislative halls, by lawyers and computer geeks, auditors and congressmen, whistleblowers and prayer warriors. Tonight I'm worried about something else. Not about whether or not Trump will be Triumphant because we all know he will be. Heck! Even Kamala knows! If she believed otherwise, she would've resigned her Senate seat already! No, what's got me worried is the fact that there are thousands and thousands of...

More than $1 million awarded to P.I.E. Management LLC, created by former Kwame Kilpatrick aide William A. Phillips. Phillips, whose name a few years earlier appeared often in the corruption case of disgraced and still-imprisoned ex-Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick. On Sept. 22, the city council approved a $1 million contract for Phillips' staffing firm P.I.E. Management, LLC to hire up to 2,000 workers to work the polls and staff the ballot counting machines....

County and municipal clerks and poll workers across Wisconsin may have unlawfully altered witness statements on thousands of mail-in ballots across the state, "The Dan O'Donnell Show" has learned. Wisconsin Statute 6.86 provides that an absentee ballot must be signed by a witness, who is also required to list his or her address. If a witness address is not listed, then the ballot is considered invalid and must be returned to the voter to have the witness correct. Instead, multiple sources tell "The Dan O'Donnell Show," municipal clerks and vote counters across the state simply filled out witness signatures themselves....

After spending the weekend golfing, President Barack Obama flew to Chicago Monday to vote in the 2014 midterm elections. Reporters were there to film the event.
