Why do I feel the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals have done the First Amendment and the Nation a favor? The decision taken by the 9th United States Circuit Court of Appeals will cause discussions of the First Amendment that heretofore have not been available to the public. I see this as a very positive event. The education of the masses to the purpose and history of the cherished First Amendment will be the final result of this decision.
