The Gateway Pundit has obtained a draft copy of the Make Elections Secure Act (MESA), authored by Representative Pete Sessions (TX-17), which would repeal the outdated Help America Vote Act (HAVA) of 2002. Among other things, it would also almost entirely eliminate electronic voting machines and ensure each voter casts their ballot on a hand-marked paper ballot with a manual hand-count. Exceptions for machine use would be permitted for voters requiring accessibility accommodations due to disabilities. President Trump’s call to his cabinet and to the governors across the USA to make elections secure again! Paper ballots, no mail out, voter...

We have grave concerns about SC Senate Bills S36 and S37. These bills do not set the gold standard for elections. We must remember that the foundation of our Republic is the confidence of our voters and candidates in the electoral process. If passed, these bills will only serve to erode that confidence. Bill S36Bill S36 increases the precinct size from 1,500 to 3,000 and allows the county board of elections and registrations total flexibility in moving/changing polling locations or precincts. While this may be convenient for the election commission as it may reduce vote locations, it is far less...

Biden’s Gestapo DOJ has threatened legal action against the small towns of Thornapple and Lawrence in northern Wisconsin for their decision to abandon electronic voting machines in favor of hand-counted ballots. The DOJ’s threats come after Thornapple and Lawrence officials opted out of using electronic voting systems, citing concerns over their reliability and potential for manipulation. Many believe that hand-counted ballots provide a more transparent and trustworthy alternative, ensuring that every vote is accounted for without the risk of technological errors or tampering. The towns’ alleged failure to provide accessible voting equipment for individuals with disabilities during the April election...

Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R) has issued an executive order to require all votes for the upcoming November election be cast with a paper ballot. Executive Order 35, signed on Wednesday, codifies the election security procedures put into place during Youngkin’s administration. The order outlines several election integrity requirements, including a “documented chain of custody” wherein ballots will be tracked through “every step of the process,” and that no voting machines will be used — just paper ballot-counting machines that are not connected to the internet. EO 35 also instructs the state’s Department of Elections to remove “non-citizens who may...

It has been 143 days since the Curling v. Raffensperger case rested and Judge Totenberg estimated “about 30 days” to make her ruling. Is she going to wait until it is too late to do anything with the voting machines? My guess is YES, she will delay her ruling until it is too late to do anything. Judge Totenberg is looking like she has been influenced or corrupted by pressure from the state. I bet she retires before making her ruling.

A small town in Wisconsin is currently under Federal review after making a decision to eliminate electronic voting machines and replace them with paper ballots. In June 2023, board members of the town of Thornapple in Rusk County, Wisconsin, decided to stop using electronic voting machines for elections and instead rely entirely on hand-counting ballots. The decision by board members has since caught the attention of the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division, which is now investigating the move. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported that Suzanne Pinnow, who serves as Thornapple’s chief election official, received a letter from the...

It’s quite astonishing that the United States of America, one of the most powerful nations in the world, struggles to hold streamlined elections. We’ve gone from having election results on the same night or in the early hours to prolonged counts of sketchy ballots behind closed doors, with the winner remaining unknown for days on end. And these types of rinky-dink elections with long “third world” delays are being normalized, but it’s far from normal, and we all know it. This unacceptable stark contrast was glaringly obvious during the recent presidential election in Argentina, where they efficiently tallied 25 to...

Arizona was the focal point of electoral cheating scandals during both the 2020 and 2022 elections, with Maricopa County at the center of the storm. While many theories swirl about what actually transpired in Arizona during the 2020 election, one important thing has been overlooked – and it could be the key in unraveling the mystery – it’s all about the choice of paper that used for printing the ballots. Pollster Rasmussen has just shared some possible game-changing election fraud findings out of Arizona, and the one point, among many, that really caught our eye was something that was singled...

Shasta County District 1 Supervisor Kevin Crye, an ally of MyPillow CEO and 2020 presidential election conspiracy theorist Mike Lindell, is facing a citizen-led recall effort because of his role in the county’s decision to get rid of Dominion voting machines in favor of an expensive plan to hand-count ballots. On Wednesday, Crye joined Lindell’s TV show to preview his anti-recall messaging. “We want to keep Gavin Newsom out of Shasta County politics,” Crye said after directing viewers to a campaign site that prominently features the governor’s name in multiple places. The reason Crye is invoking Newsom is simple: Thanks...

"You would have elections that everybody could be proud of. Because right now this country is a laughingstock all over the world," former president said in an interview with Just the News. Former President Donald Trump is offering a specific policy prescription for restoring Americans' confidence in elections, saying it is time for states to return to paper ballots and to end no-excuses absentee ballots so that results can be finalized on Election Day and the nation can stop looking like a "laughing stock" to the world. "I call them the fake vote store. That's the mail in ballots. We...

[If I understand correctly, in Texas Primary and Run-off elections, the County Executive Committee (the Precinct Chairmen, plus the Party Chairman of a political party) can select the method for conducting the election: paper ballots only, or electronic machines. AHEM! Is anyone listening? Precinct Chairmen can switch the voting in their political party in their county to paper only ballots during the primary and run-off elections!!! The primary is at least as important as the general election, because that is when we have a chance to select an America first candidate. Otherwise, it'll probably be selecting either a RINO or...

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Voters are reporting odd problems on both the Republican and Democratic side of straight-party voting in Texas. Mickey Blake was one of the voters in those early voting lines in Houston earlier this week. "I hit straight Democratic ticket," Blake said. She says she expected all Democrats to come up on her screen, especially Rep. Beto O'Rourke, but when she got to the last screen to review her choices, she noticed a problem. "It's all Democratic except for Ted Cruz was checked," Blake said. So she backed up and did it again. And again. "I tried...

WASHINGTON — Hoping to counter waves of Russian Twitter bots, fake social media accounts, and hacking attacks aimed at undermining American democracy, state election officials around the country are seizing on an old-school strategy: paper ballots. In Virginia, election officials have gone back to a paper ballot system, as a way to prevent any foreign interference. Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolfe this month ordered county officials to ensure new election equipment produces a paper record. Georgia lawmakers are considering legislation to replace a touch-screen voting system with paper. Top election officials around the country are growing increasingly alarmed about this fall’s...

Chambers County election officials have executed an emergency protocol to remove all electronic voting machines available during early voting until a software update can be completed to correct problems experienced by straight-ticket voters. Chambers County Clerk Heather Hawthorne told Breitbart Texas Tuesday morning that all electronic voting was temporarily halted until her office completes a “software update” on ES&S machines that otherwise “omit one race” when a straight ticket option is selected for either major party. The Texas 14th Court of Appeals race was reported to be the contest in which voters commonly experienced the glitch. Hawthorne explained that she...
