THE POST & EMAIL THINKS NOT The Hawaii Department of Health continues to ignore and stonewall legitimate requests for information which under its UIPA law should be made available to a requester within ten days. Mr. John Charlton, our Editor-in-Chief, has made three requests for such information from the Health Department beginning in early March which the Health Department either says it does not understand or to which it has failed to respond at all. On February 26, 2010, Mr. Charlton published an article demonstrating the Health Department’s increasing reluctance to comply with UIPA requests. He had asked for copies...

DENIED UIPA RESPONSES AFTER DOING INTERNET BACKGROUND CHECKS ON THE POLITICAL VIEWS OF PERSONS MAKING UIPA REQUESTS...Among the documents which The Post & Email Legal Fund recently acquired with the financial assistance and support of the readers of this e-Newspaper, shocking evidence has been found which apparently indicts officials of the Hawaii Department of Health for conspiracy to deprive U.S. citizens of their constitutional right to due process. The incriminating evidence was found in an inadvertent disclosure of emails between Ms. Janice S. Okubo, Communications Director for the Department, and Kenneth David, Supervisor of the Vital Statistics Office. It appears...

(Feb. 18, 2010) — The credibility of Janice S. Okubo, Communications Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, is in question this morning, as The Post & Email discloses documents showing that she gave patently false information in response to a freedom of information request made in accord with Hawaii’s Uniform Information Practices Act. That Act states in , Section §92F-2 “Purposes:; rules of construction:” In a democracy, the people are vested with the ultimate decision-making power. Government agencies exist to aid the people in the formation and conduct of public policy. Opening up the government processes to public scrutiny...

I've updated my blog to include the e-mail from Janice Okubo confirming that they assign birth certificate numbers in the state registrar's office and the day they do that is the "Date filed by state registrar". The pertinent portion from Okubo's e-mail: In regards to the terms “date accepted” and “date filed” on a Hawaii birth certificate, the department has no records that define these terms. Historically, the terms “Date accepted by the State Registrar” and “Date filed by the State Registrar” referred to the date a record was received in a Department of Health office (on the island of...

Red Flags in Hawaii by butterdezillion People are asking how so many terrorist red flags could be overlooked by so many. The same way these “birther” red flags were not only overlooked but ridiculed: 1. DOH Director Fukino illegally hid until Nov 2009 the DOH Administrative Rules showing that election officials could have received a copy of Obama’s original birth certificate without his permission. The DOH has said they can’t release any records without Obama’s permission. But HRS 338-18(a) allows state laws and DOH rules to govern the disclosure of vital records, and the current rules -Chapter 8b, 2.5(A)(1)(f) -...

sabotage [UPDATE: 10:36 PM EST - Okubo answers KingsKid today (Saturday) - "No records exist" for Barry Soetoro. AND - Office of Health Status Monitoring under maintenance until 6:30 PM (Hawaii time) tonight Saturday 10.03.09 See my comment to this article for details. ] In an amazing turn of events, the person in charge of communications at the Hawaii Department of Health – Communications Director Janice Okubo – has been forced to admit that part of her Oct 1, 2009 email to “KingsKid” was false. I reported yesterday that Okubo stated the DoH does not hold divorce records. But later,...

Consider this thought: If we can get the folks in Hawaii to say that they determine ‘a person’ is a Natural Born Citizen in part by looking at BOTH parents citizenship, we know Obama lied about who his real father is. Or was mistaken. Interesting and not impossible to have them answer that question as long as it is phrased like this: “How does the department determine a person is a Natural-Born American Citizen? What criteria does the Director use to determine that status?” You cannot refer to Obama, at all, when you ask the question. That would violate statute...

This is a 100% TRUE story about a question I posed to Janice Okubo and the Director of Health for the State of Hawai’i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics... ..and this just happened YESTERDAY. Coincidence? That's why I call YESTERDAY: The Day I Asked a Question and Got The MOTHER of All Answers 1) An Original Birth Record is what most people have 2) An Amended Original Birth Record is the exact same thing except it’s issued to adoptees–their original is then sealed and only opened on court order. Legally, it’s treated and accepted as an EQUAL to...

This is in follow-up to my post on Tuesday: "The Day I asked a question and got the MOTHER of all answers" The implications of the following account is that the President's REAL NAME did not appear on any ballot, in any state. That's just one of MANY implications. Let me preface by saying an AMENDED birth record could indicate that the President was adopted by either Lolo Soetoro and/or His grandparents, the Dunhams. My story: I have serious reasons to believe that Janice Okubo and/or Director Fukino, Department of Health in Hawaii are under duress. Something is preventing Director...
