Chicago police have released surveillance photos of two male suspects who allegedly attacked a McDonald’s security guard on April 7 with a glass bottle. The McDonald’s at State and Chicago, in the upscale Gold Coast neighborhood, has a history of problems. Chicago police have been called to the restaurant more than 30 times during the past month. Startling video shows a group of teens hurl a metal pole through a Brooklyn synagogue window while congregation members were observing the Sabbath inside. Three teenagers were arrested in Memphis, Tennessee, after allegedly raping a teenager and broadcasting the attack on Facebook Live. Martin Milan, 19, Antun Hester, 18, and Rayford Smith, 19, were all charged with aggravated rape and especially aggravated exploitation of a minor after the 17-year-old girl reported the attack Wednesday, reported WREG. The girl had invited Milan to her house to have sex but when he asked if he could bring his “brother” she said she was not interested, reported the Memphis Commercial Appeal newspaper, citing the arrest affidavit.

JACKSON, Miss. — Jackson police have made two arrests in connection with the shooting death of Chelsie Lynn Kirschten. Kirschten, 23, was shot and killed Aug. 17 as she sat in her car waiting on a red light at Fortification and State streets, according to police. The gunman said nothing when he walked up to the driver’s side closed window of Kirschten’s white Pontiac G6 and shot her in the back, police said. A passenger in Kirschten’s car told police that the gunman, who was wearing dark clothing, didn’t take anything after the shooting and walked away, investigators said.

Multiple people used chairs to viciously beat one another at a Bronx, New York, family restaurant, according to police and video footage of the incident. An East Stroudsburg man was arrested Wednesday on charges he stole tip jars from at least four restaurants and the Toys for Tots donation jar from the Arlington Diner in Stroud Township. Michael M. Moya, 23, was identified earlier in the week as a suspect in the Toys for Tots theft at 834 N. Ninth St., and investigators already were gathering evidence on the other thefts, Stroud Area Regional police said.
