Police are looking for a man they say dropped a bottle with a fuse into the food court at Ballston Common Mall in Arlington early Thursday afternoon....authorities determined that a man dropped a 40-ounce bottle filled with an unknown substance and with a fuse attached; it shattered, but there was no fire or explosion, and no injuries were reported. KABUL: A huge blast was heard in the Afghan capital Saturday as a US military official arrived for meetings to explain the sacking of the US commander of foreign forces in the country, witnesses told AFP. The blast took place in the centre of the city, at 9:55 am, the witnesses said.
