Police seek man who dropped bottle with fuse into food court

Police are looking for a man they say dropped a bottle with a fuse into the food court at Ballston Common Mall in Arlington early Thursday afternoon....authorities determined that a man dropped a 40-ounce bottle filled with an unknown substance and with a fuse attached; it shattered, but there was no fire or explosion, and no injuries were reported. Three similar bottles were found elsewhere in the mall, police said.

On another site, a witness said the terrorist was speaking a "weird language." A radio report said police are looking for a black male wearing a gray sweatshirt. The bottles were filled with gasoline.
