Police are looking for a man they say dropped a bottle with a fuse into the food court at Ballston Common Mall in Arlington early Thursday afternoon....authorities determined that a man dropped a 40-ounce bottle filled with an unknown substance and with a fuse attached; it shattered, but there was no fire or explosion, and no injuries were reported. KABUL: A huge blast was heard in the Afghan capital Saturday as a US military official arrived for meetings to explain the sacking of the US commander of foreign forces in the country, witnesses told AFP.
