As Robert Mueller was ramping up his Russia collusion probe in spring 2017, then-acting Director Andrew McCabe was summoned to the Justice Department for a high-level Sunday morning meeting led by then-Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. McCabe showed up thinking it was a "coordination and logistics issues" meeting for the new special counsel probe, but soon he found he himself was to be the subject of discussion, according to newly declassified notes that McCabe recorded of the gathering. Rosenstein wanted McCabe to recuse himself as FBI director from the Russia probe because McCabe's wife had run for office in 2015...

Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch obtained 323 pages of emails between former FBI lovebirds Peter Strzok and Lisa Page showing Comey’s FBI was investigating President Trump over his critical tweets of Barack Obama and the FBI. The FBI is purposely slow-rolling its production of emails to Judicial Watch and only processing 500 pages per month in response to a 2017 FOIA lawsuit. Judicial Watch obtained a March 2017 email Peter Strzok sent his boss Bill Priestap and others about probing President Trump’s tweets about being wiretapped by the FBI. Judicial Watch reported:

Months before a whistleblower complaint that would spark the Democrat effort for impeachment, a shadowy liberal group founded and staffed by Obama administration alums and former Democrat congressional staffers launched an outside investigation into whether President Trump’s allies were seeking “foreign interference” from Ukraine in the 2020 elections. The group, American Oversight, began investigating the issue in May — more than two months before the “whistleblower” filed a complaint alleging Trump was “using the power of his office to solicit interference from a foreign country to investigate one of the President’s main domestic political rivals.” The group’s purpose is to...

Update: (9:15) The State Department is disputing the timeline of events as given by Judicial Watch in this story. See the Free Beacon for details. Judicial Watch maintains that their clarification is still inadequate. (Original article follows) Hillary Clinton enjoyed a huge win in the primary battle last night and she should probably hope that it dominates the news cycle for a while because I doubt her team wants this particular nugget drawing too much attention. Judicial Watch has been pounding the pavement for more than two years now in search of information about her communications during her time as...

FBI Section Chief Peter Strzok looked dismissive and aloof as he listened to Office of the Intelligence Community Inspector General investigator Frank Rucker relay an alarming lead for the Clinton email investigation on Feb. 18, 2016, at the bureau’s headquarters in Washington, according to Rucker and Jeanette McMillian, an attorney who accompanied him to the meeting. Days earlier, Rucker had discovered an anomaly in all but four of the 30,490 emails Clinton’s lawyers provided to Congress. Each message contained “carterheavyindustries@gmail.com” in the metadata, suggesting that a copy of each message that passed through Hillary Clinton’s private, unauthorized server during her...

All but four of Hillary Clinton’s 30,000 emails were copied, likely secretly, to a Gmail address called CarterHeavyIndustries@gmail.com, according to a new Senate report. The FBI says that the account was linked to Paul Combetta, an IT aide Clinton hired who used BleachBit to destroy emails after they were subpoenaed and misled FBI agents. Combetta said he sent all of her emails to the Gmail account as part of trying to copy them to a new server. Combetta was copying Clinton’s emails off of an old laptop that he was supposed send back in the mail, but there’s no evidence...

State Department confirms multiple security incidents involving Clinton email investigation Fifteen individuals are believed to have mishandled classified information. Interviews with intelligence community officials have revealed that senior FBI leaders "seemed indifferent to evidence of a possible intrusion by a foreign adversary" into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s non-government email server, and that State Department officials allegedly sought to "downgrade classified material found on the server," according to Senate investigators still probing the matter. The information was contained in a letter and interview transcripts sent Monday by the majority staff on the Senate Finance and Homeland Security and Governmental...

Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch announced Monday it received 218 pages of Strzok-Page emails which show FBI counsel James Baker instructing FBI officials to expedite the release of FBI probe material to Hillary Clinton’s lawyer in August of 2016. Hillary’s lawyer, David Kendall and FBI counsel James Baker discussed quickly obtaining the “302” report of the FBI/DOJ interview of Clinton. FD-302 reports are notes FBI officials take to summarize interviews they conduct with an individual. The Strzok-Page emails also show the FBI failed to document at least four interviews of witnesses in the Clinton email probe. Remember, this was happening...

Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch has flatly accused former FBI Director James Comey of mischaracterizing her statements by repeatedly alleging, under oath, that Lynch privately instructed him to call the Hillary Clinton email probe a "matter" instead of an "investigation."

New evidence has suggested the Obama-era White House was more involved with Hillary Clinton’s email scandal than previously thought. Judicial Watch obtained 44 pages of documents from the State Department this week, revealing White House staff were tracking a December 2012 FOIA request by the left-leaning group ‘Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington’ (CREW). According to those documents, the request raised the alarm among Obama White House staff and the damage control began. “CREW had sent this request asking for records about any email accounts associated with Hillary Clinton. They had sent this request again in December of 2012....

Senior Republican chairmen submitted a letter Thursday to Department of Justice Attorney General William Barr revealing new texts from former FBI Special Agent Peter Strzok to his paramour FBI Attorney Lisa Page showing the pair had discussed attempts to recruit sources within the White House to allegedly spy on the Trump administration. Senate Appropriations Committee Chairman Charles Grassley and Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Ron Johnson revealed the information in a three page letter. The texts had been obtained by SaraACarter.com Tuesday and information regarding the possible attempt to recruit White House sources had been divulged by several sources to...

Former FBI Agent Peter Strzok could face ‘serious’ charges for his involvement and actions in the bureau’s probe of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private server to send classified emails, as well as the FBI’s investigation into President Trump’s campaign, multiple sources with knowledge of Strzok’s actions told SaraACarter.com. Further, sources contend that the nearly year long investigation by DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz, will reveal explosive information and shed light on alleged malfeasance by FBI and DOJ officials directly involved in the Russia investigation. The Inspector General’s report may be completed as early as May or June, according to...

Clare W. Bronfman, an heiress of the Seagram Company business empire, allegedly implanted a "key logger" virus on the computer of her late father, Edgar M. Bronfman Sr., so officials with the NXIVM corporation could secretly monitor his emails, including his exchanges with world leaders and Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, according to court records. The extraordinary allegations are attributed to Kristen M. Keeffe, who was part of the inner circle that ran NXIVM, a "human development" organization that has been described by one expert as an "extreme cult." The accusations by Keeffe are contained in a transcript of a...

(snip) -- There is another echelon of society that you and I may never experience. It is reserved for the unhealthily wealthy who have long abandoned the concept of consequences. And, without consequences, these bizarre, left-leaning cretins of depravity have turned to sickening and abhorrent behavior that is just now finding exposure in the media. Such is the case with deplorable Hollywood sex cult NXIVM, whose leadership has found themselves targeted once again this week. Federal agents on Tuesday arrested NXIVM co-founder Nancy Salzman, her daughter Lauren Salzman and longtime bookkeeper Kathy Russell. Clare Bronfman, the longtime operations director for...

...I’m thinking it’s a good time for the Justice Department..to show Paul Combetta how it works. Let’s review a few key facts. On March 2, 2015, the New York Times broke the news that Mrs. Clinton, as secretary of state, had used a homebrew server system for all her official email. The House committee investigating the 2012 Benghazi jihadist attack immediately issued letters directing that the emails be preserved, along with a subpoena for them. The server system storing Clinton’s emails was then housed at a private contractor, Platte River Networks (PRN), which by no later than March 9, 2015,...
