FBI 'indifferent' to possible China hack of Hillary Clinton's server, as State Department fought

State Department confirms multiple security incidents involving Clinton email investigation Fifteen individuals are believed to have mishandled classified information.

Interviews with intelligence community officials have revealed that senior FBI leaders "seemed indifferent to evidence of a possible intrusion by a foreign adversary" into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s non-government email server, and that State Department officials allegedly sought to "downgrade classified material found on the server," according to Senate investigators still probing the matter.

The information was contained in a letter and interview transcripts sent Monday by the majority staff on the Senate Finance and Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committees to senior Senate Republicans including Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa. The letter also noted that “neither the committees nor the FBI were able to confirm whether an intrusion into the server occurred."

The review began after two August 2018 news articles "alleged that a Chinese state-owned company hacked former Secretary Clinton’s nongovernment server and inserted code that forwarded nearly all of her emails to the foreign company," the letter stated, citing an article in The Daily Caller, and a later piece by Fox News.

'OMG' -- TOP CLINTON AIDE STUNNED BY APPARENT ATTEMPT TO HACK SERVER IN MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT

A source briefed on the matter confirmed to Fox News at the time that the Office of the Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) was so concerned by the revelation that officials drove over to the FBI to inform agents -- including anti-Trump agent Peter Strzok -- of the development soon after it was discovered via the emails' metadata in late 2015 or early 2016.

The source said the hack was from a Chinese company, describing it as a front for Chinese intelligence.

This was going shortly after she became Secretary of State, when Mueller was running the FBI. Think about that.

While you're thinking about that, think about this as well: Hillary's team hired her own personal IT fixer (Brian Pagliano) as a GS-15 to set up the most inept email server this side of the OPM. He got an immunity deal of course, but along the way other stuff happened. Hillary's compromised email system was necessarily in contact with other email systems in the executive branch. Each one of them had an IT staff. Those people, if not inept, were aware at least in part of what was going on and that it was continuing to go on despite alerts and notifications that the server was insecure. Meetings were held, explainations were given, email trails were established. Was it a hundred people? A thousand? How many of them knew all of what that email server meant about her trustworthiness to hold higher office and still voted for her?

FBI indifferent.

Unless it’s about Trump.

Then, it’s all gangbusters.

They would never think Hillary sold out to China. But Bill took illegal chicom campaign money. IMHO Weiner’s laptop was a conduit of secrets to the Chinese.

Pompeo should rip the scab off State’s knowledge of past illegal activities. Same with AG Barr with the DOJ. Trump should replace Wray at FBI and have the new director shine sunlight on that department’s crooked activities.

All the personnel on the seventh floor of these agencies should be examined... especially those from the Obama era.

That’s an angle I hadn’t thought of: the Huma/Anthony laptop as conduit. Their laptop would not be subject to FOIA search. Not only Chinese. Muslim world via her connections maybe. But his lonely nights and weak character changed history.

You're far too lenient.

A lot of the laws violated allow no discretion or consideration of intent; and IIRC failure to report a breach once known, renders one liable as well.

FBI found Hillary Clinton's emails in Obama White House....

“This astonishing confirmation, made under oath by the FBI, shows that the Obama FBI had to go to President Obama’s White House office to find emails that Hillary Clinton tried to destroy or hide from the American people.” ....Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said in a statement....... “No wonder Hillary Clinton has thus far skated — Barack Obama is implicated in her email scheme.”

As part of a court-ordered discovery related to Clinton’s unauthorized email server, Bill Priestap was asked by conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch to identify representatives of Clinton, her former staff, and government agencies from which “email repositories were obtained" by the FBI.....He divulged a nonexhaustive list, which included the Executive Office of the President.

Other people mentioned were former Clinton aides Cheryl Mills, Heather Samuelson, Jacob Sullivan, and Justin Cooper; former Clinton information technology staffer Bryan Pagliano, the State Department, Secret Service, and Washington-based law firm Williams and Connolly. Indifferent? No, criminally negligent in their duty. Almost certainly part of Clinton Crime Inc. These “indifferent” individuals must be investigated as there is probable cause to believe they are being unduly influenced by foreign agents. Note, I’m counting everyone associated with the Clinton Foundation as a foreign agent due to the amount of foreign money going into it.

I think neither indifferent nor criminally negligent because the former implies lack of concern and the latter lack of interest. Rather, it was deliberate non-action by direction from the top echelons of the FBI who were committed to both non-interference of ongoing activities and protective cover should anything come to light concerning what Hillary was doing.

This is the price that Her Heinous named to Bathhouse Barry for unity in 2008. She put herself at State not because it was going to be a resume padder but instead a bank account padder because everything goes through State. Sell agricultural products abroad? State's involved. Weapons, energy, door knobs? State's involved. Foreigners want to speak to or deal with the administration over some matter? State's involved.

Follow the money. She went to a country and met with someone, or received a visitor in DC and money found its way to the Clinton Foundation which meant her pockets. And I have no doubt that part of that money found its way to Bathhouse Barry's pockets as well as part of his price for going along with her price. She needed cover to do that and cover is what she got.

There was no “hack”; it was by design by both parties. It was Hillary’s way of passing classified information to the Chicoms.

One competent person reported Hillary’s server to Diplomatic Security, and Information Management at Main State citing her usage of HRC22@Clintonmail.com/SecState in an ALL HANDS Email message she mis-sent to only a few people in each Embassy or Consulate. He was frog marched, 44-minutes after transmitting the information, by a gleeful Management Officer to the Ambassador, who along the way said the Secretary (Hillary Clinton) called and while being cussed out and threaten by him, and upon arrival in Ambassador Jones office, the Ambassador told the “criminal who reported this crime” not to tell him what “the criminal had done” and that the he the Ambassador was giving him a verbal reprimand for something he did not know why or could not know why. The kindly Ambassador then spoke to the “criminal” about his immediate pending reassignment to some sh*thole embassy in Africa within the next 72-hours. The State Department never followed thru on the reassignment but the Management Officer was documented over the next year to have harassed this “Hero/Criminal” via the Foreign Service Union Representative, EEO and the IG until his reassignment.

The moral of the story is that the State Department, from the Secretary to the Diplomatic Security and Information Management, all covered up her criminal activities within the department used heavy handed tactics against anyone who “accidently” reported her conduct and security breaches.

No awards from any post, no retirement award from office or other recognition, and it took several years to get the normal recognition from Retirement Branch of a US Flag, Certification of Retirement and State Department Cube.

This individual also was lauded by Diplomatic Security and Information Management in an ALL HANDS to everyone in both fields by two Emails for providing (while in leave) how to handle the SGT Brady Manning, US Army, Security Breach to WikiLeaks. Utilizing and providing the US Army’s (former employer’s) Army Regulation on Information Management Security (because the Dept of State was lacking) the basic Government Procedures to conduct when this happens - no award though.

Even Kennedy was involved in his position as basically the head of State in being obtuse.

Trump knows this from several Emails. Several other people know this on FreeRepublic.

Just an FYI.

Excellent report! Can you imagine the kind of govt we would have now if HRC had won the 2016 POTUS election? ...with all the DS ready to cover up a myriad of questionable behaviors and potential crimes?

If AG Barr cannot restore public confidence in the DoJ/FBI, State, IC, etc., then either the Republic is finished or there will be a civil war / revolution.

Hillary’s not stupid - she understands high level security.

If Hillary left a bag of unmarked bills (money) behind a tree on the corner of Elm and Main there’s a good change she’d know it’d be stolen... And if the FBI had a clue about how Hillary operated, they would not make a fuss about it after she pushed them away.

Ah. Clear that they're colluding with the Red Chinese. Time for a FISA warrant!
