Health Minister Dan Naveh complained to World Health Organization secretary-general Dr. Jong Wook Lee about the takeover by terrorists of the Bethlehem psychiatric hospital and demanded a firm denunciation of this action. The terrorists, who were captured by Israeli security forces, "crossed a red line," Naveh said.
