It was a bunch of wargames that were set up by the most deep state Trump hating people you can imagine run by Rosa Brooks. Rosa Brooks is the former assistant to George Soros, she was a Pentagon official, she is Georgetown law professor, and she is a Democratic Party operative. This nonpartisan TIP project was funded by Protect Democracy and United to Protect Democracy. Both of these were actually launched in January 2017 by former Obama administrative lawyers.
