<p>PORTLAND, Maine (AP) --  The Canadian government said Monday that it restricting U.S. potato imports to prevent the spread of a virus it says has been found in samples from Maine and eight other states.</p> <p>The Canadian Food Inspection Agency will bar seed potatoes from all nine states beginning Wednesday.
