MOORHEAD, Minn. - A woman wearing whipped cream and not much else has been cited for indecent exposure at a Walgreens in downtown Moorhead. The Forum of Fargo reports that police say the 37-year-old Moorhead woman walked into the store about 5:45 p.m. Sunday wearing on a thong, pasties, a "partial" towel and whipped cream.

Clay County prosecutors say the Moorhead man who shot and killed a 17-year-old who entered his apartment on June 20 was acting in self defense and will not be charged with a crime.

Fargo police ordered mandatory evacuations early Friday after a breach in flood protection created a "significant leak" as the Red River topped 40 feet, breaking a record crest set in 1897. Fargo police Capt. Tod Dahle says the evacuation was ordered shortly after 2 a.m. Friday for all homes in an area south of downtown Fargo. MOORHEAD - As many as 200 students decided to celebrate graduation at Concordia College by skinny dipping in a murky campus pond early today, authorities said. A security officer tried to shoo the students out of the pond but they wouldn't cooperate, Concordia security chief Sherri Arnold said. Moorhead police were called after students pushed the security officer's golf cart into the pond. Although no one was arrested, several people could face charges. Arnold said 10 people were identified because they left their clothes and wallets behind. Sunday was graduation day at Concordia.
