Clay County prosecutors say the Moorhead man who shot and killed a 17-year-old who entered his apartment on June 20 was acting in self defense and will not be charged with a crime.

Six months? Seesh, that’s hardly justice for the guy whose house was broken into.
There should be no question about it. Every individual has the right to self-defense, and no government can deny this right.
He was such a good boy. An honors student.
Long time to’ve been in limbo. If that kid’s daddy cares so much, where was he when Precious Junior was guzzling alcohol and busting into another man’s home?
