CAMP VICTORY, Iraq (Army News Service, Jan. 18, 2006) – Service members gathered on Camp Victory Jan. 17 to witness the Transfer of Authority between the 18th Airborne Corps Artillery and the 5th Corps Artillery. The 18th Airborne Corps Artillery arrived in Iraq in January 2005 and served on Camp Victory as the Effects Coordination Cell and Force Field Artillery Headquarters for Multi National Corps – Iraq and has now transferred these responsibilities to the service members of the V Corps Artillery.
