A Brick Township woman is free on $2 million bail as she awaits trial, accused of murdering her husband and disposing of his dismembered body parts in three suitcases. Melanie McGuire, 32, posted bail Saturday and was released from the Middlesex County Jail. She is charged with killing her husband, William T. McGuire. William McGuire, 39, was killed between April 28 and May 5, 2004, according to his wife's indictment.
