SHIAWASSEE COUNTY, Mich. — A Shiawassee County jury has come to a decision in the first-degree murder trial of a trucker charged with two fatal shootings. Harlan Drake, 33, was found guilty of first-degree premeditated murder. The verdict means Drake will spend the rest of his life in prison with no chance for parole.
