The U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear a case on whether a Nigerian national who cooked meals for a terrorist organization applies as "material" support for terrorism. Justices on the high court agreed to hear Blanche v. Ozurumba, a case focused on Nigerian national Izuchukwu Ozurumba, who cooked meals for six months at a remote camp serving Nigerian separatist group "Unknown Gunmen." "Pakistani Brothers Arrested in Florida for Plotting to Obtain and Use Weapon of Mass Destruction Against Americans" SNIPPET: "MIAMI (AP) — Two South Florida men of Pakistani descent have been charged with plotting to provide material support to terrorists and to use a weapon of mass destruction within the U.S., federal prosecutors said Friday.
