On Sunday December 22nd around one o'clock in the afternoon Deputies with the Marion County Sheriff's Office began taking reports of a male acting erratically in the 9000 block of Brooklake Road NE, near Salem. A male later identified as Andrew Frey age 37 called a locksmith and refused to pay for the services rendered to him. After refusing to pay the locksmith, Mr. Frey walked into the Brook's Market where he refused to leave until an employee escorted him off of the property.
