Mom of boy found eating trash in Madera park arrested (And then, she abandoned another one!)
"The mother of a boy found eating out of a garbage can in a Madera park was arrested today on suspicion of two counts of felony child abandonment. Jessica Zarate, 21, of Madera had contacted police about 5 p.m. Monday after media reports about her son. She told police her son had been kidnapped. She then was released."
