A group of Republican senators wrote Attorney General Merrick Garland Monday to say January 6th rioters who are being prosecuted may be receiving 'unequal justice' – and called for similar treatment of those who clashed with police in protests sparked by the death of George Floyd last summer. The senators did not defend the rioters who stormed the Capitol during the electoral vote count – saying they 'fully support' prosecutions of those who took part. But they called into question what they cast as a disparity and demanded information from DOJ about tactics authorities used to run down Capitol rioters,...

Former President Trump said Thursday that he expects his Republican Party to do well during next year's midterm elections but suggest they replace Sen. Mitch McConnell as their Senate leader. Graham had announced that the Senate Judiciary Committee, which he chairs, was close to getting a voluntary appearance by the heads of the companies, and he would...

Former Vice President Joe Biden ripped a Republican senator who has used his committee perch to probe Biden's son and blasted Rudy Giuliani for peddling 'garbage' in his most extensive comments since the release of information said to be from Hunter Biden's laptop. Biden, doing a local TV interview from his Delaware home, exploded when WISN, a Wisconsin ABC affiliate, brought up the subject. He called it a 'desperate campaign' to smear him.
