A Wisconsin city on Friday temporarily suspended its “bubble-zones,” which prohibit leafleting and other free speech activities. The new Madison ordinance creates hundreds of these 320-ft. wide spaces. Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) calls this “unconstitutional.” ADF filed suit last month on behalf of pro-life groups and individuals challenging the ordinance.
